Marlon Familton is currently an in-network provider for the following: Premera, Lifewise, Regence, Aetna, United Behavioral Health, United Healthcare, and First Choice. If I am not an in-network provider for your insurance company, payment is requested at the end of each session, however we are happy to submit claims directly on your behalf. Reimbursement rates would be based on out-of-network provider rates.
Rates: $100 per 50 min session. $150 per 80 min session.
*Please note that some insurance companies will not reimburse for the longer session. These include Aetna, United Heatlth Care, and United Behavioral Health. In these cases, consider booking the 50 min session.

If we meet for the first session and either one of us believes that we would not be a good therapeutic match for each other, I will not charge for the session. Finding a therapist that you trust and believe will be supportive for your situation is important.
