Anxiety and Panic AttacksAnxiety and panic attacks

Your beliefs create your thoughts, which fuel your emotions, which generate actions with lead to results. If you think these thoughts enough:  "What if I do something stupid and people look at me?"  "What if I am humiliated in front of everyone."  "What if my partner really does leave me forever?"  "What if I completely fail and become homeless?"  and you WILL become anxious.  However much these might appear irrational, if they are spiraling in your brain and growing, your body will begin to react to the threat it is experiencing from within, often with the anxiety of approaching doom.

Panic attacks increase when this pathway - the negative distressing thoughts are connected to the physical distress - continue unabated.  Soon the thoughts are connected to the panic attack in short order.  This cycle must stop.

Together we will tune into the distressing thoughts, work on self confidence, self esteem, the deeper fears that are often lies floating in our head disguised as fears and concern.  We will pull the roots of the thoughts and fears that generate anxiety and panic attacks and build a plan for first management and then relief.

Schedule an appointment today and let's start working together to lower your anxiety and free you from those distressing thoughts.

Also keep in mind that Anxiety and Depression have similar characteristics and go together about 85% of the time.  Here is a page on WebMD that discusses this issue.
